

I hope your treatment plan over time helps. I'm sorry that you have experienced so much prejudice and pressure to "just change" something that clearly isn't voluntary for you. Another thing which may help in future employment situations or other areas where you have been discriminated against (which is illegal by the way) is to get this documented by your psychiatrist or another doctor so you have some support if you're being accused of acting rude etc. In reality, you already are doing a wonderful thing for yourself by addressing this with a professional and with medication. And I'm not sure how anyone thinks it's okay to tell you you have "resting bitch face" when clearly men with flat affect don't attract those comments. That's a pretty terrible attitude to have about any mental health issue.
